Would you like to gain entry to Forbidden Forest, see behind the scenes and help make us the best festival in the country?

You can now apply to volunteer at Forbidden Forest with Hotbox Events and not only will you be helping other festival goers get the most out of their weekend, you’ll get loads of exclusive crew-only perks, meet other volunteers from around the world and make new friends!

Our volunteers only work 2 x 7.5 hour shifts spread across the festival from Thursday – Monday, so you’ll still have loads of time off-shift to enjoy the festival! You’ll also be able to select your shifts in advance, so you can make sure you’re off-shift for the artists you want to see!

There’s loads of benefits to joining us as a volunteer at Forbidden Forest, like a private crew campsite and car parking, crew toilets and showers, discounted crew catering, access to safes for valuables, free phone charging and wifi, kettles for hot water and unlimited tea, coffee and hot chocolate!

Fancy bringing your mates? List their names in your application when you apply and we guarantee you and your mates will have the same shift pattern, so even more time off to enjoy the festival together!

Volunteers assist with a wide variety of areas, and it’s tricky to list everything they get up to, but some of the most common roles include…

– Answering questions about festival performances and line-ups.
– Providing directions to stages, water points and arena facilities.
– Helping festival goers carry their belongings and pitch their tents.
– Being a friendly face for festival goers in need of assistance.
– Reporting any problems such as a build-up of litter or faulty facilities.
– Working alongside Forbidden Forest Fire Safety, Medical and Security teams.
– Helping out with various roles across the festival site including pedestrian and vehicle gates and monitoring stages and walkways.
