If you purchased your ticket with a Payment Plan, you cannot upgrade your ticket until paid in full.
IMPORTANT: Once enrolled in a payment plan, the order has to follow the specified payment schedule. Scheduled payment dates cannot be changed and payment plans cannot be completed early.

Day Tickets can be upgraded to Day Ticket VIP, Weekend Non-Camping & 4-Day Camping tickets.
Camping Tickets can be upgraded to VIP tickets or 4-Day Camping Tickets.
1. Sign into your Tixr account.
2. Click your initial in the top right hand corner.
3. Select ‘Wallet’.
4. Go down to ‘Your Offers’ and select upgrade.
5. Select the tickets you wish to upgrade and see all available upgrades.
6. Choose your tickets and proceed to checkout.
If you do not see an upgrade option available, unfortunately you can’t upgrade your ticket.

No, due to our anti-touting policy which can be found here, all E-Tickets cannot be re-sold on the secondary market. Anyone found to be re-selling their ticket will get their tickets cancelled without refund and will be refused entry into the festival site.
No, due to our anti-touting policy which can be found here, Forbidden Forest E-Tickets are UNIQUE TO EACH ATTENDEE thanks to a unique barcode. The name on your E-Ticket must match the name of your ID.
Tickets for Forbidden Forest 2025 can currently be purchased via the Forbidden Forest website direct via Tixr, Paylogic, Skiddle & Resident Advisor. Please only buy from official ticket outlets. Tickets cannot be purchased via third-party websites such as Ticketswap. Any tickets bought via unofficial ticket outlets will not be valid for entry and any persons with tickets purchased via unofficial ticket outlets will be refused entry

Each e-ticket is unique to the purchaser and the name on the e-ticket must match the name of your photographic ID. Tickets should only be purchased through the official ticket outlets (Forbidden Forest website/Tixr/Paylogic/Skiddle/Big Green Coach/Resident Advisor). Anyone who purchases a ticket on Ticketswap will be turned away. As our T&Cs clearly state, tickets are not allowed to be resold on the secondary market and anyone found doing so can have their tickets cancelled without refund. Tickets are personalised to each ticket holder and a valid photo ID needs to match the name on the ticket to gain entry.

Unfortunately not. Only 3-Day and 4-Day camping ticket holders are allowed access on the Friday. 2-Day camping and non-camping weekend ticket holders are only allowed access on the Saturday & Sunday of the event.
Yes. Tickets bought via the Forbidden Forest website will be eligible for payment plans. Please ensure your account has enough funds to cover each payment each month. You can find out more information about our Payment Plans below.
